Medical weight losswith labs, nutrition and follow-up
A clinician-led program with prescription treatment only when appropriate, plus body-composition tracking and a maintenance plan.
What the program actually is
Run by clinicians, not by an app
We are not going to show you surgical before-and-afters on a weight-loss page — that would imply the medication did it. Here is what the program is instead.
Is this the right time
This program fits you if
Your quote comes from your exam and your plan — never from a website. Financing available through CareCredit and Alphaeon.
Crisalix 3D simulation
What “see it in 3D” actually means
At your free consult we photograph you on a 3D imaging system and your surgeon shapes the proposed result on the model, in front of you. You rotate it, you see the profile, you say no to anything you do not like. Nothing is scheduled that day.
You are seen by a named clinician, not a rotating injector

“I will not fill a face that needs a lift. I dose conservatively and bring you back at two weeks — that visit is included.”
Book with Reana“Actual labs, actual follow-up, actual conversation about food. Completely different from the telehealth service I used before.”
“Down forty pounds and still lifting. They kept telling me to eat protein and they were right.”

Questions about weight loss
Do the injections hurt?+
They are subcutaneous, with a very fine needle, once a week, and you give them to yourself. Most patients describe a pinch they barely feel. We teach you the technique at your first visit and you practise it there.
How much weight can I expect to lose?+
It varies with your starting point, which medication is appropriate and how closely the nutrition plan is followed. Your clinician will give you a realistic range at the evaluation based on your own numbers. Anyone quoting a guaranteed figure before examining you is selling.
Do I qualify for a GLP-1 medication?+
That is a clinical decision made after a history, exam and labs — commonly guided by BMI and related conditions. Some patients qualify, some do not, and some are better served by a different approach. You will be told which, and why.
Are there side effects?+
Nausea, reflux and constipation are the common ones and usually settle as the dose is titrated. There are less common risks your clinician will review with you individually. Dose changes are managed here, not by a chatbot.
Will I lose muscle along with fat?+
Some, if the program is run badly. That is exactly why we set protein targets, encourage resistance training and track body composition instead of scale weight alone. Losing muscle is what makes weight come back.
What happens when I stop the medication?+
Weight returns for many people without a maintenance plan — this is a known effect, not a failure of willpower. The maintenance phase is built into the program from the start.
Should I lose weight before body contouring?+
Yes, in almost every case. Surgeons want a weight that has been stable for three to six months so the result holds. Running both programs in one practice is precisely why this exists.
