Injectables and Skin Treatmentsin Coral Gables
Filler, neuromodulators and laser in Coral Gables — delivered inside a surgical practice, by a provider who will tell you when an injectable is not the answer.
How this practice injects
The rules Reana works by
We have no injectable before-and-afters worth showing you, so we are not going to show you someone else's surgery instead. What we can tell you is how the work gets done here.

What injectables can and cannot do
Your quote comes from your exam and your plan — never from a website. Financing available through CareCredit and Alphaeon.

What “see it in 3D” actually means
At your free consult we photograph you on a 3D imaging system and your surgeon shapes the proposed result on the model, in front of you. You rotate it, you see the profile, you say no to anything you do not like. Nothing is scheduled that day.
You are seen by a named clinician, not a rotating injector

“I will not fill a face that needs a lift. I dose conservatively and bring you back at two weeks — that visit is included.”
Book with Reana“Reana talked me out of half of what I came in asking for. My face looks like my face, just rested.”
“Being in a real surgical practice mattered to me. This is medicine, not a pop-up in a mall.”

Questions about injectables & skin
Does it hurt?+
Topical numbing is used for filler and laser, and most filler contains lidocaine. Patients describe pressure rather than pain. Neuromodulator injections take a few seconds each and most people do not sit down for them.
How long do results last?+
Neuromodulators last three to four months. Filler lasts six to eighteen months depending on the product and where it is placed. Laser and microneedling results build over several months and hold longer with a maintenance plan and daily SPF.
Will I look overdone?+
Not if it is dosed properly. The overfilled look comes from chasing volume year after year without ever letting product dissolve. Reana treats conservatively and will decline to inject more when more is not the answer.
Is there downtime?+
Neuromodulators, none — you can go back to work immediately. Filler can bruise for a few days. Laser is the variable one: light treatments mean two or three days of redness, deeper resurfacing means a week or more. You will be told which before you book, not after.
Can filler be reversed?+
Hyaluronic acid fillers — the ones we use for the face — can be dissolved with hyaluronidase. That safety net is one of the reasons we use them.
Am I better off with surgery?+
Sometimes, and you will be told. Injectables cannot lift a heavy brow, remove an under-eye bag or tighten a jawline that has lost its border. When that is the situation, you meet a surgeon in the same building.
